Everything began from a wish to create a place where professionals and amateurs could gather and approach. We wanted to present national authors outside our country and foreign authors inside. It should have been a place where everybody would get the chance to present his photographic work. The basic concept was to create an internet magazine that would promote photos from different artists, present photo projects and interviews with authors.
With this idea I went to Robert Gojevic and suggested that we try and materialize it. From the beginning we had a perfect understanding and communication and our interests complemented each other. A few weeks later Bulb was founded as the first croatian photographic online magazine.
From then on we are always thinking about new ways of "meeting" and promoting authors and photography in general. Soon the results of these efforts will be structured as periodical events and activities.
Fearless and encouraged by the motivation of an enthusiast, I believe that this way we will contribute in the promotion of photography in our country.
